Our Story
SolidRiver Bloomworks began with a simple ritual: walking along the river, collecting windfallen petals, and learning how to preserve their quiet brilliance. We grew into a workshop and community hub where curious makers learn to press botanicals with confidence and care.
Our name reflects our ethos: “Solid” for reliability and craft discipline. “River” for flow, adaptability, and patient time. Together, they shape how we design curricula, kits, and supportive peer learning.
Mission & Values
- Accessibility first: clear guidance, adaptable methods, and inclusive community norms.
- Science-informed craft: we test, iterate, and document what sustains color and structure.
- Responsible sourcing: we prioritize seasonal, local flora and mindful gathering.
- Joyful learning: upbeat, rounded UI and warm facilitation that welcomes experimentation.
